Smooth, little to no throat hit, great vapor production, very creamy much like a vanilla ice cream however...I wish there was more cinnamon...it is very light on the cinnamon in this. Vanilla right at the beginning with a light cinnamon and you do get a bakery note on the finish mixed with that lovely creaminess. Overall this is good but I find myself wanting more cinnamon so it isn't as churro like as I would have hopped, nor is it like a cinnamon sugar cereal in squares.
